EJ CELLER
Jake "EJ" Celler graduated with honors from UT Austin as a mechanical engineer. After working as an engineer in the oil and gas industry he transitioned at an early age into IT sales. He worked his way up at Rubrik becoming the youngest field sales rep in the organization. While at Rubrik, EJ went to the presidents club for two consecutive years and won Corporate AE of the year. When COVID struck EJ became a top Regional Sales Manager at Zscaler. Security has always been top of mind for Jake throughout his career and he re-discovered his passion with NIST 800-171 and CMMC. The complex and confusing pathway to CMMC compliance is where he feels he can strongly help organizations navigate and have success.

SON PHAN
Son Phan comes to Secure Centric with 27 years in technology sales and startup experience. He received his MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and his undergraduate work from St. Leo University, where he received Cum Laude honors. Growing up in Silicon Valley, technology has played a huge part in his personal and professional career. He has helped multiple technology companies implement sales strategies which resulted in 10x revenue growth. His focus is on helping clients navigate and mitigate new risks associated with CMMC compliance.

DELORA ROSARIO
DeLora joins Secure-Centric as a 25+ year veteran in technology. A retired U.S. Air Force cybersecurity expert, DeLora's distinguished career spans government, Fortune 500 companies, and state agencies. She is a CISSP, GRCA/GRCP, and MIPM certified professional. DeLora previously served as CISO for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and has created robust governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs for industry leaders like Starbucks, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Rocket Companies. With her depth of technical expertise, strategic mindset, and principled leadership, DeLora is an invaluable addition to the Secure-Centric team.
